When you submit an order, we will make all diligent efforts to get your merchandise out to you in a timely manner. Please note once your order ships, no changes can be made to a shipping address.
We ship via UPS, USPS, Canada Post and FedEx; for standard shipping, please allow 4-10 business days for delivery, excluding holidays. If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you as quickly as possible.

Return Policy and Process
The safety of our staff is a top priority so therefore all underwear is a FINAL SALE. All full-priced bras are eligible for return within 21 days of the original purchase date from a courier of your choice. Given the delicate nature of what we sell, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached and in original packaging to proceed with a return. Our items go directly on skin so please refrain from trying on with self-tanner, lotion, oil or fragrance on your skin. When it comes to something delicate, best to play it clean until you’re 100% sure you’re keeping it – for all of our sakes

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we offer direct exchanges with complimentary shipping. If you’d like to exchange an item for a different style from the collection, we’ll process your return as a store credit to be used toward the new item(s). If you’d like a refund back to your original payment method, we deduct $5 from your refund to cover shipping and restocking.
- Exchanges, store credits and/or refunds will be issued only after returned goods have been received and inspected by our warehouse to confirm they meet our return-eligible criteria above.
- Store credit requests are free to process and issued electronically; credits do not expire and can be used toward anything on our site.
- Please allow up to 10 business days to receive and process your return request after your return package has been shipped.
- While we try our best, direct exchange requests are not guaranteed because our stock is limited.
- If you’re exchanging part of a subscription, the item will be exchanged with the same or equal value of item. If that item is no longer available, Modern Match will refund the item’s subscription price, not the standard full price of the item.
- If you’re returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s proportionally discounted price, not the standard full price of the item.
- Items purchased in the context of a sale (online or offline) are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
- Damaged returns and returns sent back without prior authorization will be returned to sender.
Can I return an internationally shipped order?
Yes, international orders are eligible to return through the mail courier of your choice. International customers are responsible for returns shipping fees and obtaining a tracking number for your shipment – unfortunately, lost shipments will not be refunded or credited. Also, any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable.
