There is no evidence to support transmission of COVID-19 associated with imported goods stated by the Centre for Disease Control and Prevention. It is suggested that because of the poor survivability of these corona viruses on surfaces, it is likely very low risk of spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks. While Modern Match’s ordering processing times are on track, our third-party shipping partners have experienced an increase of deliveries due to an influx of online orders. They are working hard to get your investments to you as soon as possible. You are able to track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation.
Just like slipping on new jeans, the band of your new bra will also have a break in period. Our bras are meant to give you a hug and offer support. If you are spilling over the cups, you likely need a larger cup size. If you are experiencing gapping cups, try the swoop, scoop and smooth method found here before starting the return process. Still doesn’t fit? See our return policy here.
Is Modern Match a sustainable and/or ethical brand?
We are on a sustainability journey. We had a LOT to learn about being a responsible brand and therefore believe in the pillars of being an ethical sustainable brand. Although we still have a lot further to go, we are actively making the steps to close the gap.
Modern Match Lingerie pays its employees and contractors a fair living wage and believe in working under safe work conditions. We do not condone child or forced labour.
We also use plastic free 100% recyclable/biodegradable shipping materials to our consumers.
Because we’re in an industry of putting “things” into this world, we have high morals of giving back to our communities. We support charities that are female forward, focus on education, leadership, support and empowerment.
How should I wash my new Modern Match bra?
We get it… it’s easier to toss your garments in the washing machine. But if you want to make them last here’s the juicy details!
1. Spot Care – If you have visible stains, dab areas with soap and water using a small towel.
2. Soak and Rinse – Soak your bra in cool water and gently work the soap into the fabric. Rinse thoroughly.
3. Dry Flat – Soak up excess water with a towel and lay your bra flat to dry. Using a dryer will break down the elastic and spandex.
Hook the clasp together so you don’t snag other clothing or use a mesh bag. Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle and lay flat to dry
