How to know my bra size? It's easier than you think!

I went many years wearing a bra that gaped in the cups, went too many years wearing uncomfy bras...all the while thinking that it was normal–that having breasts meant discomfort, and never fully filling out a cup because my breasts were too small. I now know I WAS LIVING A LIE! No, bras are not meant to hurt, be uncomfortable, or gape!

Finding the perfect bra size

Alright, so let me tell you something...finding the perfect bra size is a thing. It can happen. Heck, it will happen, just keep reading! You and I baby, we're about to make it happen, and the best part is you'll never have to ask Google "How to know my bra size," again! Let's get right into it.

Step #1. Take your measuring tape and measure around your ribcage, directly under your breasts. Make sure the measuring tape is snug around your ribcage and not too loose or too tight! If you're wearing an underwire bra then make sure that the measuring tape sits under the bra and not on top.

Write the measurement down in inches, or if you have a good memory, remember it!

Step #2. Take your measuring tape and wrap it around the most largest part of your bust. Make sure the measuring tape is snug to your breast and parallel to the floor–again, not too tight! (This step is best to do when your cups are not padded in order to size appropriately.) Now subtract your band size by your bust size. The difference in inches represents the letter in cup size!
